A bus driver, Philip Fiama, has been reportedly stabbed to loss of life by a fellow tenant whom he accused of getting an affair together with his spouse in Ifo Native Authorities Space of ​​Ogun State.

The spokesperson of the Ogun State Police Command, Omolola Odutola, confirmed the incident whereas talking with our correspondent on Friday.

Odutola stated: “The incident occurred on Sunday, January 7. A landlord from Sobande Shut, Alagbole, Ajuwon, got here to report at round 8pm that day that one Philip Fiama, a tenant, accused Ikem Chika Emmanuel, one other tenant, of sleeping together with his (Fiama's) spouse.

“It was reported that this led to a struggle when Ikem Chika stabbed Emmanuel Fiama within the chest. It was stated that the deceased was pronounced useless at a Tamara Hospital.

“The suspect has escaped to an unknown vacation spot and the case has been transferred to the State Felony Investigation Division, Ogun State Police Command Headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta, for discreet investigation. The police are additionally on the path of the fleeing suspect.”
