The Nigerian Navy Board stated it has authorised the promotions of 58 senior officers to varied ranks within the Nigerian Navy.
Director Info, Navy, Commodore AO Ayo-Vaughan stated in an announcement on Thursday that the promotion breakdown confirmed that 28 Navy Captains have been elevated to Commodore, whereas 30 Commodores have been promoted to the rank of Rear Admirals.
