Sammy Aaron, the Eastern Regional Chairperson of SCEIF, emphasized the committee’s mission to protect voters’ rights and foster an equitable electoral experience. He stated that empowering stakeholders is crucial for ensuring upcoming elections maintain their integrity.

Aaron stressed the importance of non-partisanship among the elected members and highlighted the need for collaboration among stakeholders such as media and community leaders. This cooperation is essential for encouraging a peaceful electoral atmosphere.

Misheck Kafandikhale has been appointed as the chairperson of the CSEIF-Balaka chapter. In his acceptance speech, he committed to working diligently towards ensuring that the elections on September 16 are conducted without violence and uphold fairness.
