The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Linguistics and Foreign Affairs, Jamiu Abiola, alongside the Oduduwa Development Initiative, is encouraging Nigerians to support President Bola Tinubu’s administration for successful governance. In a conversation with Sunday PUNCH, Abiola highlighted that the administration’s policies are crucial for promoting national development.
Abiola emphasized that Nigerians should recognize the potential disasters averted by President Tinubu’s decisive actions at the beginning of his term. He noted the administration’s commitment to restoring Nigeria after prolonged neglect, stating, “This is a very difficult task that requires the wisdom of rare visionary leaders like President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Only leaders like him can solve complicated problems like those Nigeria faced before this administration.”
He also expressed optimism about the success of Tinubu’s fiscal policies, adding, “By the time the President succeeds in establishing a solid tax policy and fair revenue distribution, Nigeria will not only be known as the Giant of Africa but will truly embody the attributes that come with that title.”
Akinyele Olasumbo, the President of the Oduduwa Development Initiative, echoed Abiola’s sentiments, urging Nigerians, especially the youth, to actively support the government’s economic initiatives. In his interview with Sunday PUNCH, Olasumbo stated, “The leadership of ODI urges all young people and citizens to always prioritize our nation’s interests and support the current administration’s efforts to reposition our economy.”
