Health authorities also reported a rise in respiratory illnesses, recording 11,410 influenza consultations and 1,363 hospitalizations for severe acute respiratory infections, although these numbers remain below the alert threshold. The health ministry advised wearing masks and seeking timely medical care to mitigate the spread of viruses like rhinovirus and SARS-CoV-2.
