Furthermore, he plans to meet with Kuwait’s Prime Minister, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Al-Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and pay a courtesy visit to His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait.
Key agreements slated for signing include the Joint Commission for Cooperation, aimed at fostering deeper bilateral relations; a Bilateral Consultations MoU to enhance diplomatic engagement; and a Diplomatic Training Cooperation MoU to promote capacity building and exchange of expertise. These agreements are expected to improve collaboration in various sectors.
Ambassador Tuggar’s agenda also encompasses discussions on enhancing cooperation in economic, trade, investment, science, technology, and agriculture. Meetings with other significant figures, such as Kuwait’s Minister of Petroleum, Tariq Suleiman Al-Roumi, and the Director-General of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, Waleed Al-Bahar, are also planned.
Additionally, Secretary Tuggar is expected to engage with local business leaders during a business lunch hosted by Kuwaiti officials, facilitating potential investments and collaborations. This visit is poised to open new pathways for economic and investment partnerships between Nigeria and Kuwait.
