During the visit, he invited Iraqi Transport Minister Razzaq Muhaibis to the IMO headquarters in London to discuss further collaboration. Dominguez toured both northern and southern ports in Umm Qasr, accompanied by senior officials, including Iraq’s Ambassador to the UK, Jaafar Al-Sadr, and Basra Governor Asaad Al-Eidani.
