Duale praised the current administration for its fairness and inclusivity, rejecting criticism of Ruto’s government. He noted that, under Ruto’s leadership, no community is sidelined. Duale urged Kenyans to support the President’s vision of equality, explaining that the only criticism levied against Ruto is his belief in treating all citizens equally regardless of their ethnic or religious background.
Duale also encouraged residents to utilize government initiatives aimed at providing IDs for all eligible citizens, particularly in Mombasa and Garissa, where there have been challenges in obtaining identification. Governor Abdulswamad assured the community that his administration would support initiatives to facilitate citizen registration for IDs and birth certificates and pledged to assist Islamic education through financial support for madrassas.
