This agreement was signed during a meeting in Stockholm between His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Maria Malmer Stenergard, Sweden’s Foreign Minister.
Sheikh Abdullah is currently on a working visit to Sweden, during which he also engaged in discussions with Swedish Minister of Defence Pål Jonson. Additionally, he and Benjamin Dousa, Minister for International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, observed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at facilitating investment and business collaborations between the two nations.
The recent agreement between the UAE and Sweden marks a significant step in bolstering bilateral relations across multiple sectors.
