Party General Secretary To Lam is scheduled to visit Indonesia and Singapore from March 9–13, underscoring Vietnam’s commitment to a foreign policy of peace and collaboration with ASEAN. Concurrently, Vietnam is strengthening its ties with Kenya, as expressed by President William Samoei Ruto during discussions on cooperative initiatives in various sectors.
