During the meeting, Minister Keita received a delegation led by Mr. Abdoulaye Coulibaly, the Secretary General of the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID), acting as a special envoy for President Dr. George Donkor. Mr. Coulibaly presented the logistical arrangements necessary for the AGM, which encompass transportation, accommodation, and equipment requirements.
