Nollywood actress, Dayo Amusa, has expressed her anger over the end result of the 'Finest-Dressed' award for girls given to Nigerian transvestite Idris Okunneye, popularly often called Bobrisky, on the film premiere of 'Ajakaju'.
Naija Information reported that Nollywood actress Eniola Ajao formally premiered her first characteristic movie, Ajakaju 'Beast of Two Worlds' on Sunday night, March 24.
Many prime celebrities together with Toyin Abraham, Iyabo Ojo, Denrele Edun, Femi Adebayo and lots of others stormed the Circle Mall, Lekki, Lagos State, carrying mysterious and crowd pleasing outfits for the occasion.
Nonetheless, Bobrisky was adjudged 'Finest-dressed' girl on the film premiere and obtained a money prize of N1 million.
In response, Dayo Amusa, in a video shared on her Instagram web page on Monday, condemned the award given to Bobrisky, stating that it was disrespectful and ridiculous to the ladies current on the occasion.
She stated, “Yesterday I used to be on the premiere of a colleague of mine, they stated that one of the best dressers needed to be chosen; a feminine and a male greatest dresser. Don't get me flawed, the winner could be anybody, however actually not a crossdresser. I imply, what's flawed with us? I don’t perceive.
“I can't think about that the judges would disrespect each girl who was there. You had to decide on a winner, a greatest dressed girl and a greatest dressed man, and also you watered down the efforts of all the ladies on the occasion by giving one of the best dressed girl to a transvestite. I don't perceive, what's flawed with us?
“Should you really feel such as you need to have fun transvestites, you need to have created your personal class as a substitute of disrespecting girls by giving a transvestite the best-dressed girl award.”
