In a commendable collaboration, Nigerian music options supplier WeTalkSound and Nollywood-focused information service In Nollywood have launched a brand new documentary collection referred to as Sounds of Nollywood. The critically acclaimed movie spotlights the sound designers and composers who deliver cinematic experiences to life, but stay unsung heroes of the trade. The collection, which premiered on March 13, takes audiences behind the scenes of the sound compositions for a few of Nollywood's largest tasks, together with Anikulapo, The Black Ebook, Jagun Jagun and Battle on Buka's Avenue.
The documentary is a compelling journey by means of the artistry and innovation of main professionals within the area. The collection consists of: Ava Momoh (Collision Course, Over the Bridge); Anu Afolayan (Anikullapo, quote); Your Coloration (The Black Ebook, October 1); Tolu Obanro (Gangs of Lagos); and Clement 'DJ Klem' Kponu – (Superior: Rise of the Spectre, Fishbone).
In line with Dolapo Amusat, the CEO of WeTalkSound, “Sounds of Nollywood” is greater than only a documentary collection; it’s a celebration of creativity, ardour and innovation.
