The Lagos State Police Command has arrested one Adepoju Ifedayo for allegedly defiling a 13-year-old sister.
This was made recognized on Saturday in a press release shared by the State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, on his X account.
Hundeyin shared a photograph of the suspect and wrote: “Adepoju Ifedayo reported to the police that his neighbor allegedly defiled his 13-year-old sister.
“Investigation confirmed that he was certainly the perpetrator, however tried to divert consideration.
“Following the survivor's declare that she had seen a firearm in his room, a search was carried out of his condominium, which led to the restoration of two regionally made firearms and three reside cartridges – one other rely: Illegal Possession of firearms. The investigation is ongoing.”
