Members of the Nigerian Labor Congress in Delta took to the streets on Tuesday to protest the financial hardship.
In the course of the protest, employees demanded from the governor the place their palliatives had been situated within the federal authorities.

In his deal with to the protesters, the Secretary to the State Authorities, Kingsley Emu, assured the employees that their message can be conveyed to the Governor.
Whereas praising their peaceable protest, Emu urged them to not let their anger destroy them.
“Please be calm, I do know we’re offended, however don't let your anger devour you. Let's not get offended and destroy issues, as a result of reconstruction is an issue.”
The NLC protest will happen throughout the nation for 2 days, Tuesday and Wednesday.
