Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested eight suspected armed robbers who had been on the wished listing.
The command's spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, introduced this in a press release on Saturday.
Hundeyin acknowledged that the suspects, who belonged to 2 syndicates, had been arrested after weeks of discreet and intensive investigation.
The police spokesperson claimed that the suspects focus on robbing Lagos residents and concentrating on autos.
Whereas some suspects had been arrested within the state, Hundeyin mentioned detectives tracked others to Iwo in Osun State and Ibadan in Oyo State.
He added that the suspects had been between 22 and 32 years previous.
