Senator Okpebholo was on Monday declared winner of the All Progressives Congress Governorate main election in Edo State.
Okpebholo polled 12,433 votes, defeating 11 different candidates who participated within the re-election, which was initiated after the primary contestant was declared inconclusive by the management of the ruling celebration.
The senator was one in every of three winners to emerge from final Saturday's canceled shadow ballot.
