The Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee has refuted claims that college students have been shot throughout an operation at Kwara State College hostels.
In an announcement by the Head of Media & Publicity, Dele Oyewale, on the official account of EFCC, shared that the fee said that not a single scholar had been shot.
The EFCC stated the story of the capturing as reported by a web based platform was false.
The assertion learn partly: “The stated report was ready as a result of the operatives of the Ilorin Zonal Command of the EFCC didn’t go to the Kwara State College on Thursday, February 22, 2024, nor had any joint operation with the Nationwide Drug Legislation Enforcement Company, NDLEA .
