The All Progressives Congress (APC) on Tuesday declared the Edo primaries inconclusive and ordered that the train be accomplished as we speak. A press release signed by Matthew Omoregie and Stephen Aigbe, Chairman and Secretary Normal of the discussion board respectively, condemned final weekend's primaries which led to a fiasco.
