A former Deputy Governor of Edo State, Fortunate Imasuen, has withdrawn from the All Progressives Congress governorship primaries held in Edo at the moment.
That is evident from a withdrawal letter launched by Imasuen on Saturday morning.
Imasuen was one of many twelve governorship candidates screened and accredited by a committee arrange by the Nationwide Working Committee of the APC.
In his withdrawal letter to his supporters, Imasuen mentioned he was withdrawing from the primaries within the curiosity of peace and unity.
