The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has launched an investigation into the delay of flight operations of Dana Airline on the Muritala Mohammed Airport, Lagos.
The probe tracked the flight delay to Owerri and Port Harcourt for over 24 hours. In a viral video, the passengers have been seen disconnecting the computer systems utilized by the airline for flight check-in when it was introduced at 6 p.m. that the flight had been canceled.
NCAA Public Affairs and Shopper Safety Director Michael Achimugu stated in a phone interview with The Guardian that the authority has issued a Letter of Investigation (LOI) to the airline to elucidate intimately the rationale for the delay.
