President Bola Tinubu has expressed “deep sorrow” over the demise of the Asagba of Asaba, His Royal Majesty, Obi Joseph Chike Edozien (CFR).
Edozien, the thirteenth Asagba of Asaba, joined his ancestors on Wednesday.
Tinubu, in a press release by his spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, expressed condolences to the late household, the Delta State Conventional Rulers Council, the federal government and the individuals of the state.
The President additionally celebrates the impactful lifetime of the late monarch and eminent professor of drugs, recognizing his advocacy for peaceable coexistence amongst Nigerians and his inimitable position in forging partnerships throughout borders.
