The Ekiti State Police Command has arrested 5 suspected kidnappers across the Iju Ikere border space of the state.
This was disclosed in a press release on Tuesday by the State Police Public Relations Officer, Abutu Sunday.
PUNCH On-line had reported that gunmen suspected to be herdsmen killed two conventional rulers within the state on Monday.
The incident is claimed to have occurred between Oke-Ako and Ipao-Ekiti in Ajoni Native Authorities Space of the state.
The 5 suspected kidnappers are Usman Jelili, Mohammed Bande, Abubakar Aliu, Isah Abdulahi and Suleiman Abdulahi.
