The Kano State Hearth Service on Thursday rescued a 37-year-old who was about to commit suicide by hanging himself from a tree.
The person recognized as Saifullah Rabiu, in accordance with his suicide notice, stated he owed the sum of N2 million to somebody for the fee of a international visa.
