A Spanish choose proposed on Thursday to strive disgraced former Spanish soccer chief Luis Rubiales over the kiss he compelled on World Cup star Jenni Hermoso.
In a ruling after his preliminary investigation, choose Francisco de Jorge concluded that the kiss was “not consensual and was a unilateral and sudden transfer” by Rubiales, who’s accused of sexual assault and coercion.
Critics slammed the Spanish FA boss over the kissing incident.
FIFA introduced in October 2023 that it had imposed a three-year ban on Rubiales.
Months earlier, after forwards and backwards, Rubiales resigned following fierce criticism for kissing Hermoso on the lips through the Ladies's World Cup victory ceremony.
