The Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday mentioned the Lagos Purple Line railway could be unveiled in February.
The governor, who spoke on the Lagos West Senatorial District City Corridor Assembly on the Balmoral Conference Centre, Sheraton, Ikeja, mentioned the state authorities had formally written to President Bola Tinubu to tell him of the deliberate unveiling in February.
“Our Purple Line rail will probably be unveiled in February. We’ve even formally written to the President to return and assist us unveil it in February this yr,” Sanwo-Olu mentioned.
